Rendered to the real numbers: diameters, pixel pitch, 28 mm steel end caps, NL4 feed. Spaghetti's minimum bend is 2 in (50 mm) to centerline. Angel Hair and Bucatini bends are checked per shape, so ask. The Inside view is an illustrative section of the construction: solid diffused silicone around a double-sided PCB.
